Day 1 of Ease-in

So, today is Day 1 of Ease-in of my Master Cleanse diet. And the instruction for Day 1 says there should be no meat, dairy and processed foods. Just onions, carrots, broccoli, peppers and tomatoes.

Before anything else, I did some brisk walking for about 2 kms. this morning and I felt so tired but so good after that. Felt quite rewarding! ♡

Master Cleanse Diet - Ease-in

I finally challenged myself to lose weight before summer starts. Good thing that a Twitter friend of mine suggested me to try out Master Cleanse diet since South Beach diet is a b*tch, she says.

According to what I read, The Master Cleanse is a juice fast, a liquid diet that provides a healthy amount of calories and nutrients specifically suited for weight loss and cleansing, while resting the digestive system and allowing the body to heal naturally.

You Don't Have To Be Skinny To Be Beautiful

Have you ever heard from anyone saying that you have gained weight? Oh well, yes I have... most of the time. I just told them that at least I'm not starving myself.

Nowadays, I keep looking for inspiration about not being skinny, but still positive about life and successful. Well, good thing I dropped by at Adele's Facebook page then suddenly, I recall that I have read somewhere in the papers that a tabloid is bullying Adele for being fat. It's something like that.

Damn man, she good! Adele is gorgeous for what and who she is. Others opinions doesn't really matter. We just have to focus on what we do and be good at it. That's what Adele did! :)

But sometimes, what people say are very challenging to us, right? I guess Adele was challenged.

Wish Underarm Make-up Review

I'm really a roll-on deodorant user for my underarms but when I saw this thing in the mall, I got curious and decided to try this for once. 

I'm just one of those girls who would love to have a fair color in our underarm skin and I was really hoping that this underarm make-up will work effectively.
