To Fitness and Beyond

Since earlier this year, my goal is to achieve 26 or 27 waistline but until today and it's already May I still haven't reached that goal. LOL. And it is frustrating me.

I started running every morning when I started the Master Cleanse Diet. But, I gave up on it! I can't help the temptations around me. Everyone is eating every now and then and I hate the fact that I gave in every time they invite me to eat! :(

Master Cleanse is really good. In fact, I can feel that it was working. I lose a few pounds when I was on Master Cleanse for a week but gained it back again when feasts everywhere started.

Since school starts again next month, I'm trying to lose a few pounds again and I hope it does work. I want the unwanted belly to be gone, at least. I can't wear fit blouses or dress because I am too embarrassed of my belly! :(

So, since I am so eager to be fit somehow... I started drinking tea again and do some simple home workouts that I watched in YouTube. I'm not losing hope. I know I'll be able to get back my slim figure again (chossss).

Here's this one workout from YouTube that I really liked the most. It's  a fast morning bedroom workout. It's perfect for me because I always have a busy day ahead and I rarely run now. It makes me sweaty early in the morning even if they are just simple workouts. Yes, simple but very useful! :)

Lo and behold....

You guys can try it too. It's really perfect for busy people. I am now doing it everyday and I'm loving it. So far, so good.

Wish me luck on losing weight, guys! :) (HIHIHIHI)

Keeping fit has always been a challenge to me. My greatest adversary is time so I tend to eat less healthy and do less exercise because of the perennial reason of "lack of time". As most people who have gained success in this area would say, we have to make time.

we have the same struggle Marie, I had been in denial stage for some time now, until I came into acceptance that I should work on it before it is very hard to turn around.

good luck Marie, you are still too young, it is easier for you to get back. we have the same goal, I gained weight lately too, however, I am not looking into diet plan that it is harder to keep since studies shows they are unstable and once you are off those diet, the weight goes back if not more, since it slows down your metabolism terribly. I look more into keeping up with healthier eating that I could keep as my lifestyle, and of course, exercising somehow comes naturally to me since my hobbies are into outdoors which are physically active.

Nice moves and it looks very easy too. I do a lot of biking nowadays and if you heard of Hip Hop Abs. Just like all you guys, I also get tempted with delicious dishes. In fact, I love cooking and eating which gave me more access to food.

You can make it Marie. Just focus and determination to reach your goal.

It's really difficult to start a fitness workout because I tend to procrastinate and go back to my old habits. It's good thing to watch the video you shared, for I could do this in my own room. I might try to follow this video.
