Getting Serious to be Fit

Well, well, well.... I've gained weight in the past two years. I just can't seem to control how much and what I eat. But suddenly, I woke up with the urge to make things right. I realized I want to live longer and be fit. Ate Rose of Fitness... Fashion... Family is one of my fitness inspiration. She's very dedicated to live a healthy life not only for herself but her family also.

Before (February 2014) & After (July 2014)

My heaviest weight was probably 76 kg. Nonstop eating. Everywhere I go, I eat if I see food. I've been depressed for the past two years and it's.... depressing to be depressed. My weight before I got so heavy was only 56 kg but when I was still actively running, I achieved 50 kg.

Right now, I'm 64 kg. I'm aiming for 55 kg. before the month of August says goodbye. I believe I can achieve that, especially that I am now motivated. I already started running again, some workouts and a balanced diet. I'm not depriving myself to eat, so if I want to eat something, I give in but I put a limit to how much I'll take in. I think that's a good start. Right? Let's bring sexy body back! ^_^

Whattt??? I can't believe you're that big now, Marie. But with strong determination and perseverance, you can do it. My heaviest is 55. My normal is only 47/ I slaved myself up in the gym for close to a year but effort went futile. I was really desperate. It's so hard to trim down but so easy to gain. Where's justice? LOL! Now I am back to my normal weight but it took a lot of effort. Like they say, no pain, no gain :-)

Do keep us updated on your journey to the new sexy you very soon.

You are getting there, sometimes when we decided that it's time to shed all those unwanted fats we do get more serious and loving the results that makes us wanting to shed more... great job

Thanks for the mention but glad I inspired you somehow. Yup, the key to living a healthy life is to be aware of what we eat plus exercise. Go go, am sure after a month, you will lose some of those unwanted weight.

I used to weigh only 49 kilos. Pero now, I am 57 kilos! OMG. I really want to go on a diet to shed off the pounds but my hubby bear says he likes me on the chubby side - more meat on the bones. hahaha. (how supportive, noh?)
